"How do I know the quality will be right?"
We install our own prints at Templar Wraps every day. We only ship what we'd put on our own clients' cars. If we wouldn't install it, we don't send it.
"What if I have a problem with my order?"
You call your account contact directly. Not a support ticket. Not a chatbot. A person who knows your shop picks up the phone. That's the whole point of how we're built.
"Will my clients know I'm outsourcing?"
That's entirely up to you. We ship blind — no branding on the package. As far as your client knows, you printed it yourself. Most of our trade accounts prefer it that way.
"Is the turnaround fast enough?"
Most orders ship within 48 hours of artwork approval. Trade accounts get priority queue. And if you've got a tight deadline, call us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
