Customers represent that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, or designs submitted to WrapNexus.

Customers agree to indemnify WrapNexus against claims resulting from unauthorized artwork submissions.

All content on WrapNexus.com including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Product images
• Templates
• Graphics
• Website code
• Branding materials

are owned by or licensed to WrapNexus.

Customers may purchase products containing designs but do not receive ownership rights to the underlying artwork unless explicitly stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use of WrapNexus designs is prohibited.

All purchases must be paid through approved payment methods.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including payment processors and financial service providers.

You authorize WrapNexus and its payment partners to process charges associated with your order.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

WrapNexus reserves the right to:

• Reject orders
• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel suspicious transactions
• Request additional information before production

Production timelines begin after payment approval and final approval of required information.

WrapNexus is not responsible for:

• Incorrect measurements provided by customers
• Installation errors caused by third parties
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, suppliers, or circumstances outside our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrapNexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
